London Homes Online is a property portal with a difference and we are proud to represent an exclusive network of very carefully selected London based estate and letting agents. We are committed to supporting these agents in their endeavour to provide a ‘second to none’ customer service.

At London Homes Online, we recognise the importance for all our member agent firms to demonstrate the utmost integrity and we therefore provide the reassurance that we are collectively committed to providing a service quality of excellence.

Our selected member agents are predominantly local independent firms and we are dedicated to ensuring that buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants can be certain of receiving a bespoke service from a very carefully selected and trusted member agent.

OUR UNIQUE SERVICE

An additional and unique aspect of the London Homes Online service is our facility for vendors or landlords alike to display their property for sale or let. We do not charge for this service and the vendor/landlord will also enjoy the additional benefit of the property details being provided to our local member agent in each respective area*. The vendor/landlord can therefore be reassured of reaching an even wider audience.

GREATER PEACE OF MIND

Whilst you may sell/let your property directly, it is to great advantage of anyone trying to market their own property privately that our local member agent also makes every endeavour to sell or let the property (at a concessionary commission rate) by exhausting their own extensive database of prospective buyers/tenants. This provides peace of mind that the very best price is being achieved.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

Licensing by examination for Estate/Letting Agents is yet to be introduced but we believe that it is now only a matter of time before this becomes a mandatory requirement. London Homes Online is therefore committed to working together with MOL to ensure that the necessary training and licensing is made available to all of our member agents.

QUALITY ASSURED

All of the London Homes Online member agents are members of National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and/or Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and all members are also registered with the Estate Agents Ombudsman Scheme.
